Each year, the renowned General Contest awards top students the country in a wide variety of disciplines. At the statistical level, we can say that the General Competition makes a selection of the population schoolgirl in the highest portions of the intelligence, talent and hard work, excellence then. The competition does not pay and offers a variety of materials, so it's like bachelor on which it is grafted, open to everyone, regardless of income and social environment.

Since the proportion of persons of foreign origin is increasing in our country, especially in the younger segments of the population, it is interesting to evaluate the net contribution of this diversity for future professional and intellectual elites of the country, the crème de la crème. So I made a compilation of names of all winners of General 2009. Although the surname is not a completely reliable indicator of the origin of a person, especially if the latter is of foreign origin by his mother, he continues, aided by the analysis of first names, the best tool in a country that prohibits ethnic statistics.
